I’m going with statis hunter Dusk doesn’t do anything but 1pt of tick damage Cold snap is aimless I threw that at an opponent and it traveled away from them Glacier is useful to to temp block but other than that it’s useless There’s a cooldown penalty for some -blam!- reason also Bungie in their infinite wisdom caved to all of the complaints and not only nerfed it into the ground but buried it alive
