Reddit is heavily moderated by the worst group of Bungie loyalists that exist.
Anything posted that even PATRIALLY makes the game look bad, regardless if it is feedback or actual concerns is immediately removed.
If you don't want feedback, don't ask for it.

So start your own subreddit.

The forums are no better. If loyaist are on reddit than its nothing but filthy casuals and whiners here that if you oppose anything they say you're a fanboy or some other childish label.

-blam!- Reddit and it's Bungie loyalist who think if someone says that a nerf was bad they get down votes.
Reddit is heavily moderated
I always like to point this out to people who talk about how "civil" reddit is compared to how these forums can be at times. Good example is how people are allowed to talk about the Ninjas and mentors that monitor these forums, try doing that on any subreddit and see how long it last as well as your access to the subreddit in question. Why do you think that every subreddit has the rules plastered on the side bar with the first one always talking about following the proper Reddiquette. Take away that heavy moderation and see how long it remains "civil". After all, we're dealing with human nature and not everyone follows the same expectations on civility when it comes to social interactions.

4 RepliesDo you have any proof that negative posts were removed? Also “people liking game = bad” lol
-
God why doesn’t r/destinycirclejerk take more posts from here this place would be perfect for it
-
I like to think its the other side of the coin to the forums, considering.
-
So does this mean we need fusion rifle buff?
-
Lol is that why people say these forums are full of complainers and other places aren't? Cause they actually just get removed?
-
Topic body aside that’s good advice cause Reddit wwlll do I really neeed to say more that hadn’t already been said?
-
2 RepliesI mostly see helpful insights/tips on reddit. Maybe your posts were removed because they were created on a whim? (such as venting after getting rekt with no room for discussion)
-
6 RepliesYup. It’s an echo chamber like Twitter, where they can control the narrative.
-
3 RepliesI agree. Horrible hivemind 😖

If it's anything like I see on here, it's probably less constructive criticism and more "X killed me so reeee" cope post

But just think of the $avings they get by ignoring the forums on their official site! Say, how does Sony handle feedback from customers?
