Don't know if it's an issue but I was only able to complete the first puzzle (align images) after equipping the Glaive and getting green ammo. Seems logical to do this quest whit the Glaive equiped, but if u don't, the puzzle won't trigger, if you swap to the Glaive but empty on special, won't trigger.... So start whit Glavie in special slot and ammo ;)
