cannot claim rewards from season of the lost
I cannot seem to be able to claim any rewards from season of the lost even though I have a notification saying I have unclaimed rewards and many of them are "glimmering" as available in https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/PreviousSeason I get error code "You do not have permission to claim this reward. (1686)" when i try to claim them.
Are they lost?

2 RepliesEdited by May: 3/27/2022 2:36:25 PMI noticed that issue myself, but my problem was that it was forcing me to try to claim them via Playstation, when I only play on Steam and have for three years. I woud double check you're under the right platform if you have Cross Save active, or other linked accounts, as I couldn't figure out why I was getting that message for a while.

The web page hasn't worked for some time now, you should to use the Bungie Companion App as follows: Sign in≥Director≥Season≥Notification of previous season rewards Or on older editions of the official app: Sign in≥Companion≥Notification(s) of previous season(s) rewards Hope this helps.
