I did two team Scorched matches on PS5 just now. Got 9 kills in one, 7 in the other. Won one, lost one. Got rewards at the end of both matches.
But when I go to check the status of my Pinnacle it shows 0/3 matches complete? What gives? How can something this basic be broken? Can someone please respond?
Instead of taking things away from players Bungie, why not try actually fixing the stuff that's broken? How about that?
Apparently this has been an issue for years:

It's a random bug. Yes it's been around for years. I posted a thread and had bungie reply explaining that due it being a random bug it's extremely hard to pinpoint what causes it. If it was a static bug then it would easy to solve. However because it happens to a player here and there while it doesn't to others in the same lobby it's almost impossible to resolve.

9 Replies7 & 9 kills you say? More like 1 & 5. https://www.d2checklist.com/history/2/4611686018452579229/2305843009523735217 You sometimes won’t get game completion credit when you either 1) don’t get enough kills, 2) don’t deal enough damage, 3) go afk for an extended period, or 4) join in late to a game. Sounds like you fell into 1 & 2 for these games.

3 RepliesTry clearing your cache as this fixes it sometimes.
Clearing your console’s cache also your router fixes lots of problems. Doing this will also fix some connection-based issues by clearing the cache as it resets your connection. Doing this a least once a month on consoles and for your router is recommended and also doing this after an update. Close console/router Unplug from the wall Leave unplugged for a full 5 mins this is very important. Plug back in and restart.
