I deleted my main titan to make a new titan (look-based) and spent well over 24 hours grinding and doing everything. I can still not locate the quest or pick it up from Quest Terminal Archive or any of the Relating NPC's (Zavala, Ikora, etc.) This is something that needs to be fixed, especially because within Hotfix 4.0.0.2; it says quote "Fixed an issue where the Riding the Storm subclass quest for Titans and Stoking the Flame subclass quest for Hunters were no longer available at Ikora." This is obviously not true, given the sheer amount of people that have made posts about this. Most of the people making posts made their new character post-WQ, so the fix is no longer resolved. This should be a priority over many things due to the sheer importance of both the Arc Titan Subclass and the Solar Hunter Subclass (Raids, PVP, etc.). Even if you are not experiencing this personally, how badly would you want it to be fixed as soon as possible? It has been fixed in the past, but it needs to be fixed again.
