Can't unlock arc subclass for new titan
I recently recreated my old titan that I deleted before witch queen, but after I completed the new light quest on the cosmodrome I noticed that my titans arc subclass was locked. It said that I needed to speak with Ikora in the tower to get the riding the storm quest but she doesn't have a quest available. What do I have to do?

If you have access to the helm, there’s a vendor on the wall that lets you look at abandoned quests, might wanna look there.

I don’t know if this is the same problem but I used to have a similar issue with unlocking my subclasses, it was because I deleted the exotic quest you get from the tutorial mission before I talked to Ikora to get the subclass quest
