3 RepliesThey’re doing it on purpose. It’s another way to throttle the lack luster content
-
1 ReplyNo duh it's still locked. The added a 2 for the price of 1 to compensate. That means everyone could buy the first week, second and third week were bugged. So they put in the 2 for 1 one-time purchase to make up for it. You still get three total like you would have if it worked like it was supposed to, so why are you all crying about it?
-
I could buy mine. Was my first one though.

We will be fixing this in tomorrow's Hotfix, so it shouldn't be a problem next week. We're also adding a one-time purchase of 2 Ascendant Alloys for the price of one. 3 RepliesJust to echo what others have said: It always seems like whatever benefits the player gets an immediate nerf, with anything hindering the player being mostly ignored. Yes yes, I'm very sure coding is difficult, but these are professionals in that field, they're not amateurs with no idea - They surely have the capacity to fix these things with relative ease.

Bungie proves time and time again that they can push a button to disable whatever they want……
Weekly buyable alloy is still unavailable!
They say it's going to be fixed in tomorrow's hot fix. Something about two alloys for the price of one. We'll see! I'm not sure if it will be available tomorrow or next Tuesday, once it's fixed.
-
7 RepliesIf this was giving us free ascendant alloy it would been "hot fixed" within 20 mins. SMH
-
3 RepliesSo, are we going to get a free Ascendant Alloy for each week it has been locked out?
🤗this is Bungie, of course not
-
2 RepliesBeyond lights selling point, was this type of stuff to not happen, updating your engine and such, so if a problem arises, you could easily fix it.... So what happened ??
-
Weekly buyable alloy is still unavailable!
That's probably another $24.99.
-
Just say it's dropping for "free"! Guarantee a hot fix then......

When a shader gets fixed before an item that's actually needed

5 RepliesI have lost all interest in playing D2. This season is grindy to the extreme and not fun at all.
-
1 ReplyYou've got to give them time. There is ONLY 900 people that work at Bungo. They have priorities like Eververse to take care of.
-
Im stuck with 2

100 RepliesAllo there, Bungie is currently investigating this issue. Please keep an eye on the weekly TWaB blogs and Twitter for more upto date info.

8 RepliesThe new crafting system is so frustrating. When it works I like it. I have one of the new pulses with outlaw and headstone and its been fun to use in patrols mopping up mobs of red bars and farming stasis kills. But here I am capped on almost every material with NO BLUEPRINTS and NO ALLOYS to do anything with the materials. I spent HOURS in wellsprings before they said it was being looked in to. I still can't get red boxed weapons to drop on any of the blueprint weapons. I have yet to get an Alloy to drop also and I have done the weekly mission a ton of times too hoping one could drop. If the game is afraid we are going to burn through the crafting and stop playing then they should have never brought it in to the game. It's getting to the point where the blue print weapons I get that drop random are good enough to hang on to and I'm jut going to pass on making them now.
-
Drop rates a crazy, I've got like 15 at this point and multiple in back to back wellsprings but other people are getting shafted. Literally 'The other half 2.0".
-
7 RepliesJust farm it lol
-
Haha, you are telling me! I have been locked out of getting my glaive quest done because I decided to use the Alloys I got week 1, on my Exotic. Thinking "Well, there's next weeks purchase"! OH, was I fooled. So now, I am currently waiting for round 27 of my "harder difficulty" campaign run, hoping I can get another one of these things to drop, so I can freaking do my quest! Stupidest implemented system BY FAR! Cool concept, poor execution.
-
My best guess is they’re holding off on a patch until enough weekly story missions are completed.
-
Dear Bungie, if you need help: I know a few very competent and savvy programmers that can help you fix „the issue“ in no time (at least faster than two weeks for sure).
I mean, are you serious? Two weeks and you are not able to fix this? Hire some people that can, lol. What kind of company are you?????
-
Beneficial to player nerf: hotfix Prolonged fix for material for more grindfest: Intentional/ignored

1 ReplyEdited by madmax0707: 3/9/2022 11:05:03 AM
Weekly buyable alloy is still unavailable!
Stellar job by b, typical implementation. Remember guardian name change in the winter……well spring is rapidly approaching They either don’t know how to do it or are just telling us they don’t care
-
2 RepliesThey needed to spend the time to add in buying season levels in week 3 over fixing the ascendant alloys.
