Vow of the disciple raid is not hard
I've done it 2 times already and its not even close to being hard and its just a fact. It will be hard to the casual players that whenever join a raid they simply say "il be on add clear", no wonder shooting 3 symbols is hard for these people

It will be easy when the majority know the symbols and experience the mechanics. Until then most lfg groups will be a pain. Went into a raid earlier where the dude said teaching one. In reality they were teaching 4 and only half the players knew the symbols. Ended up leaving bc everyone should at least know the symbols by now.

Let em clear adds. Only relics encounter require people to do something different. 2 add clearers only have to use a taken ball and it's more brain dead to use than the other two. If they're keeping snipers off my back when I'm doing a puzzle or stunning a boss then great.

1 ReplyI mean, you are not entirely wrong, I can do the obelisks on my own just fine for instance, but what you got to remember is that raids got 6 people that need to manage these things together, and there's where the difficulty comes in, communication and coordination. So by all means, when you add these two things I do think this raid is hard.

My only gripe is encounter 1. It’s really long and has very little room for error. I’d expect KWTD to be the word of the year for at least the next 6 months. The problem is that most people LFG raids, and when you do that the odds of getting somebody who actually can do more than just add clear is about 50/50.

It isn't just 3 symbols, it's 3 out of 27 possible symbols , not impossible but definitely overkill But honestly it's exactly what I expected from a raid in an expansion about secrets and lies -
All the way up to the boss I'd agree is honestly easy but no group of mine can quite kill that A hole yet sadly, perhaps today's the day
