Two Lies, Two Truths triumph bug
I've completed all Altar of Reflection activities and claimed the final triumph. Normally it would give 2 lore pieces for Mnemosyne lore book, but it didn't. Not sure if there is another way to earn them, but doesn't seem like it.

Same thing here on Steam, just did the last Reflection thing I needed the entrance of which was in the Extraction lost sector and did not get the last lore pieces.

1 Replysomehow I've done all the missions, and only got four total lore from them. I claimed the triumph and nothing happened. I hope it's not something I now am missing forever. I enjoy reading the lore, and having anything missing, especially now, feels significant.

Same here, I got every entry except the last 2 just fine; I did the new missions this week, claimed the triumph, and didn’t get the lore entries. I did do it while still in the mission, though since it popped up as complete it should have worked just fine.

I clipped it in case it helps figure out what the issue is: https://youtu.be/aFCR5TjSXt0 I got pages 1-6 prior to this, 2 for each of the prior Altars of Reflection missions. The last one I did, which is the one that didn't pop the lore pages, was "Choice." Was that the same with all of you? It's the one accessible from the Metamorphosis lost sector in the Miasma region.
