Raid.report uses the Bungie API for what it does, and the Raid along with all weapons therein are still listed as classified, which is why it doesn't show up. You can see this from your recent warlock gameplay logs: https://www.bungie.net/en/PGCR/10328818175?character=2305843009304567598
Why are you looking for the raid to appear in raid.report, if I may ask? Your titan has one of the emblems equipped and all completed contest mode during the extension will get the appropriate emblem at a later date.

Hello. So I was checking raid report to see if I have the contest tag and noticed it says I have 0 clears. I went to bed (10hours ago) and got up this morning and checked again and it still says 0. I’m clicking on the link you sent but it’s not showing me anything.

Correct, the link I provided won't because the raid is still classified and, therefore, not appearing in the API at all. This should be resolved within a few days. So long as you've done all 4 major encounters before daily reset 30 minutes from now you will get the 24-hour emblem

Just curious but why do some of my friends have 1-3 clears on their raid report and contest tag?

That I do not know. Perhaps it related to the extension of contest mode. As the other post mentioned Raid.Report is a third party application and does things their way. I am sure everything will work out eventually.
