Aye, it's been affecting ALL new titans and hunters. There's been about 40 posts the last couple of days discussing it as its a pretty large bug, however Bungie has not even acknowledged its continued existence. Based on a previous post from their patch notes, they have stated they fixed it. Sooo, on their end I doubt many are even aware it still persists. It took me personally messaging over a handful of mentors to actually get a response because NONE have answered anyone's posts regarding this bug. The only info I received is that the issue is being investigated, that's all. Long story short, I'd recommend taking a break from that character because what I've been able to gather from Bungie's info, or lack thereof, this has been around for almost a month and still isn't even within the top 20 things they're working to fix.
