I wouldn’t consider it toxicity, people just want a team that won’t take 12+ hours to get through the encounter. Kwtd is expected, especially on contest mode.
if you don’t know how to play the raid I wouldn’t want to play with you either, same goes for knowing how to read.
Not being mean or elitest, just common sense.

Now if someone were on the boss fight for instance, I could understand wanting someone who has also played the boss fight. This isn't usually the case, because day one raid....
