Liar's Handshake's description states that: When arc melee is used OR When hit by melee THEN You can hit with powered melee strike. This second statement doesn't work when class other than arc is used and the player is hit by melee. The description of Liar's Handshake either lies (hehe.) or the item doesn't work properly(or enemies don't use melee...). I hope we follow logic here. Tested on melee Fallens (one with pisyltol and knife and one with a glaive) in void and solar subclasses. Cross counter never appears.
