I have a similar issue...completed all the Evidence Board quests today including the exotic glaive with my Warlock. I moved on to the Titan to complete the campaign and when I got to Ikora I was also full on resonant alloy. Did the same and shaped a weapon to work around it...no Mara afterwards. Now I am unable to interact with the board with the Titan and its glaive exotic shape shows locked in the relic.

You’ve probably figured this out by now, but if not, after you get your first exotic glaive, the glaive frames for the other 2 exotic glaive only drop from the wellspring.
