Riding the Storm subclass quest is not starting or even appearing for my Titan, even after the recent patch. I have already finished the introduction quest chain and have experienced this bug a few times before. I'm tired of deleting characters and starting over just to get around a bug that is ENTIRELY starting to dissuade me from wanting to invest time or further purchases into this title.
