Gunsmith no longer giving engrams upon ranking up.
It's in the title. Thought it was my imagination but no engrams 3 ranks in a row now.

Yeah I'm getting the same issue and thus is now 9 levels in a row this happened to its really starting to piss me off and I'm hoping this is fixed soon
