Just remove the door already, its been over 2 weeks and you guys can't fix this simple bug?

Move us forward or something, this is ridiculous to keep paying customers waiting. There is no progression until we get through the door without being thrown into orbit. Just check the quest finished and let us move on. After spending $170 last week, it isnt out of the question to expect an old quest to actually work. Come on, get the lead out and fix it!

I been on the forum a lot cause of this bug. It seems yall respond more on twitter now. Either way. @bungie Id like a fix to this bug please. And test it before you announce it on the patch notes. PS i think error code marmot partitally had to do with memory. I stopped getting that error code after i installed more ram.

Can I get a refund? This is paid content that's been broken for a week now. I can't progress in something I bought and I it's not like I can go back to old content since you put it in the vault.

Starting to feel like this is just some bad troll at this point. This is so crippling because your biting winds drop rate is broken now on Europa. You can't get to empire hunts without this quest line, and you guys constantly saying it is fixed when it is not. This is my first impression as a Destiny 1 or 2 player and jesus you make it so hard to want to stay.

It has to be a troll right? It's so disgusting that they can't fix this issue. This has been happening since the WQ launch. It's gamebreaking and locks a ton of content that we paid for, this is unacceptable. I'v been playing since D1 and honestly this is changing my mind about staying longer.

The hotfix notes say you fixed it. But it isn't fixed. What's up with that?

I wouldn't say dumb, so much as to say its pretty incompetent on their end; saying that it's fixed but no Q/A to actually see if it fixed it or not....
