Hello fellow Guardians, I recently claimed this month reward on my account from the Destiny 2 Prime Gaming page, that was saying my account is linked. I went to Amanda Holliday to retrieve the rewards (as usual), but she had nothing for me. I investigated the issue and noticed that on the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/codes/partners]Partner Rewards page[/url] the last reward applied to my account was in December, 2021 (Prime Gaming Reward Offer 24). I also checked the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/AccountLinking]Account Linking section[/url] of my account that displayed, although Prime Gaming was saying my account was correctly linked, all (Prime Gaming) links in [i]Revoked[/i] status. After searching some time, I managed to found a proper link in the Destiny 2 Prime Gaming page to authorize a new linking (point 13 of the page's FAQ) that now correctly appears as [i]Active[/i] in Authorized Applications. But because I have already claimed the reward earlier with false positive account linking, I cannot do it anymore to retry the claim: button shows [i]Claimed[/i] status and is no more clickable. Can you help me retrieve this month reward?
