So I've switched to a mostly well build but for the sake of gathering orbs for super energy as well as better already and absolution, I spent the 1 energy cost for harmonic siphon so I can still create orbs and get all those things to proc. The problem is I'm getting my super energy as usual when I pick up an orb but absolution and better already don't seem to work. In fact my super energy will be full but I'll be on cool down for my grenades or smoke as well missing some health and I won't even pick up an orb. Anyone else having this issue?
