Hello, Cut to the point, I haven't got Whisper of Conduction and Impetus. Every week I have checked with Exo Stranger for Memory Fragment Quest to unlock all Stasis Fragments, but to no avail. Exo Stranger never has new quests so I'm stuck with the missing 2 stasis fragments. I've posted this problem many times on this forum but to this day still no answer. It doesn't even get listed in Known Problems although many people have complaint the same. So today I have recorded a video showing the evidence that Exo Stranger doesn't give me any new memory quests on the Weekly Reset 2nd March 2022. I have attached the link of the video showing my problem. I will try to keep posting until my problem has been noticed. Please, I beg you, fix it so I can unlock the last 2 stasis fragments.
