With orb generation moved to helmet mods, the amount of resources required to masterwork a weapon, just for it to have +10 stats in exactly one category, is far too high.
Either make masterworked weapons do something extra cool, or reduce the crap out of the cost. One or the other. I don't care which.

1 ReplyBeing fair though, you need to level up a crafted weapon to unlock the extra bonus frames (which are basically guaranteed masterworks as is), plus spending resonance materials to change things to where you want it. I would say that you should only need to accquire a resonance weapon once in order to build it, plus allow for Adept craftables at the cost of high-end materials (ascendant shards, alloys, spoils, etc).
