There are 2 ways to "complete" this quest. One is by talking to Ikora straight after acquiring the new grenades from her and the other is "meditating". Speaking to Ikora bugs the quest step and doesn't allow me to finish it even though I have access to all the grenades. I cannot "meditate" and I also cannot scrap the quest. Anyone else having this issue?
