Hey there, I am not sure why they put an enhanced perk on rocket launchers. Ambitious Assassin gives extra mag size, up to 50% more, and that is rounded up so a rocket launcher will get an extra shot. Even if Enhanced is 100% (it is more likely to be 75%) that's still just one extra shot at the maximum. Maybe enhanced makes it easier to proc, like, normal ambitious might have to kill three targets with one shot, to get the additional shot, and enhanced might only need two. I'll see if I can find an answer.
