Operation Elbrus step 1 not gathering intel
I've completed the campaign and Intel is not dropping from any source listed

I had this problem. For a quick fix delete psychogenic intel play 2 strikes 500+ and Op Elbrus is functional

you have to hit a certain step in another side quest in order to begin picking up intel. Same thing happened to me. I just can't remember which mission it was

4 RepliesHey there. You have a max of 2000 Intel in your inventory. You can gain progression because of this max capacity. You will need to spend this intel so that you can gain progression.
