Witch Queen Pre-Order and 30th Anniversary Disappeared

I preordered Witch Queen in the first day or two I could (Deluxe edition with 30th anniversary pack) and now after all this it's saying I don't have it. I have the Giallarhorn ornament, l've been playing dates of eternity, etc, for months but suddenly I can't open chests in DoE. It says on the chests “Requires 30th Anniversary Content Pack", which again, I have, and have had access to for months. Now I'm concerned it won't register don't have witch queen either, as I have pop ups for both the 30th anniversary and witch queen like I don't have either. I had access as recent as two days ago as far as I know. I checked my downloaded add ons on my Xbox Series X, and it says I have everything downloaded, but when I select "preorder" on witch queen and to buy the 30th Anniversary pack it says I have to buy it.

  • Microsoft just billed for Witch Queen, which is their policy so any issues with that should be directed at them. Go into your purchase history and make sure that it shows as "Complete." If it shows anything else, reach out to Microsoft and determine what was the problem. If it shows complete, try restoring your licenses following this page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content If that did not help, you will need to work with Microsoft/Xbox support to determine why your license is not longer being applied and how to fix it. They control your license and not Bungie. It should be noted that several players are experiencing this on Xbox and likely is an indication of other issues with their store
