When did you claim the “Another Link in the Chain” triumph? I’m assuming it was after the last weekly reset and not before. The collectibles were on a weekly rotation, and each set only became available in the week after having claimed the previous triumph. This means that if you claimed the triumph after the last weekly reset, then the next scannable set would not have been available until next reset if the content had stayed in the game. Bungie removed the weekly lockout for the data pads / smuggler’s compartments, but I don’t recall them mentioning any change to the scannables. Sadly, this means that you will not be able to complete the final triumph.
