Witch Queen not showing up as purchased

Despite the FACT that I have the exotic ghost, emote and the emblem for the Deluxe Witch Queen pre-order... the Microsoft store and the game's store both says I don't own the new Deluxe Content. So WTF !!! I will not purchase it again and if the Content doesn't load in on 2/22/22, I am not buying it twice and will be seeking action for a refund as I will no longer be playing after 100s of days total time on both D1 and D2. It seems very problematic this close to launch date. I bought the 30th Anniversary Content first then the Deluxe version and have spent days preparing for the launch of Witch Queen. Somebody better get their $#!+ together, AND FAST !   • Go to microsoft.com and log into your account. Then go into purchase history and find your pre-order purchase. Check the status of that order, if it shows anything other than Completed then Microsoft has declined your order. If this is the case you will need to contact Microsoft for further assistance.

    • Have you tried restoring your licenses: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content If you have and this still is not resolved, you will need to reach out to Xbox support as they control your license, not Bungie. It should be noted that several Xbox players are having this issue, so it appears to be an error on Xbox's side.

      • It's been like that for me as well, and I pre-ordered Day 1. If you have everything else, plus proof of purchase, you have it. It's still asking me to purchase and I have the Deluxe Edition

      • I just logged on for the first time today and mine is doing the same thing. Ive been freaking out. Glad that Im not the only one this is happening to.
