Don't know if this is a different problem than I had, but I redeemed the code for the Shattered Glass emblem. Then when looking at my collections the tabs weren't blinking like they do when you get a new emblem. I had to search through each individual emblem because I didn't know where it would be. Finally found it and it was unlocked, it just didn't give the pop-up or notification it usually does when you get a new item.
