Witch queen deluxe edition + 30 anniversary removed from account

Got on with a prompt to purchase anniversary bundle even though I already had purchased it. Downloading content screen appeared then logged in without witch queen or anniversary bundle

  • Go to microsoft.com and log into your account. Then go into purchase history and find your pre-order purchase. Check the status of that order, if it shows anything other than Completed then Microsoft has declined your order. If this is the case you will need to contact Microsoft for further assistance.

    • Hey, Have you tried [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]Restoring the Game License[/url], this can commonly help with issues accessing DLC. Please also ensure that the DLC is in the transaction history and library of you platform account. However if this does not work you will need to contact [url=https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us]Xbox Support[/url] as they are the ones that control the allocation and management of DLC. Bungie does not have any authority over this and wont be able to assist.
