Unable to unlock Solar and Arc Subclasses on Warlock
Both subclasses require quest completions from Ikora Rey, but when I go to her, she has nothing for me. I checked abandoned quests, and they are not their either. On PC and Steam

You need to advance the New Light quest line (A guardian rises)...

You have to complete the full "A Guardian Rises" beginner quest, and the subsequent "A Spark of Hope" exotic quest, before the subclass quests appear in Ikora's inventory.
