Hello Bungie,
I am Playerowner. Today I got a note saying that my account is banned. Humbly, I ask for the possible cause, as I don't believe I did anything wrong. I had an ordeal a year ago about cheating (someone hacked into my account, I have the proof). That restriction was overturned. So I am not sure what this problem is. I guess it is the network boosting service I use. I go to a boarding school, so our Wi-Fi has firewalls. They prevent me from playing D2 due to NAT type. I use the service to go around the firewall and nothing else. It is called UU booster. It is pretty big in China, and it also advertises D2 as a licensed game they support. I just wanted to make sure there isn't a misunderstanding. I love the game a lot and have played for thousands of hours. To add on, I recently moved to the States for school and went back to Singapore for vacation, that might be why the locations are all over the place recently. If it's the worst case scenario, can I have a refund for witch queen?
Thank you.

1 ReplyNetwork manipulation including network accelerators are a ban offence. You can try appealing using the form found on Bungie.net to ask Bungie to review the ban.
