I haven't received the Year in Destiny email

All the email and sms boxes are checked and account is "verified" on Bungie.net. And to no avail, no email :(

  • I have been signed up to receive emails since the beginning and for the past 2 or 3 years I have received zero. Lol so hopefully this gets fixed ASAP because I've been dealing with it for about 2 or 3 years

  • What is your email provider? I have not gotten mine either and my email has been verified for years with marketing turned on. I'm using a Hotmail address. Some of my friends using a google email have gotten theirs.

        • All my friends have gotten theirs, and they only played D2 at the start of the season, and never touched it again. I still have gotten no email or anything about my Year in Review. Its so weird that alot of people arent getting theirs.

        • Hey, I would recommend reading through the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024152-Email-Validation-for-Bungie-net-Profiles]Bungie Email Validation Guide[/url] as this offers many good tips and troubleshooting steps for Email issues including not being able to receive them. If none of those works please get back to me and I will assist further.

          • I'm in the same boat. This isn't the first time I've missed out on a promotion either. I never get surveys or things like that.
