Witch queen collector edition fedex lost package

I ordered the collectors edition from FedEx and it said it was supposed to be here by Friday the 11th and now it just says pending. I contacted fedex and they said I have to contact the shipper. Is there anyone at bungie who can help me with this?

It might have been handed off to USPS as well, depending on your shipping option you selected, so please also check there!       • I'm having this issue as well. I used to work for FedEx and unfortunately their service has tanked in the last few years and they are completely unreliable. My Collector's edition was scanned at their warehouse in GA on 2/8 and has not been updated for a week. At this point FedEx will basically stop trying to find the package and label it as "lost." I was also told by FedEx I would have to contact Bungie to file a claim for my package. If someone from Bungie reads this I would appreciate any help with this.
