Cross save - Unlink
I have been playing for years on my steam account, tons of money spent, nearly everything unlocked and thats my main. I just learned about cross save being a thing and how it works. I was wanting to see my old ps4 characters that had trials of the nine flawless emblems and items you can not get anymore. I refuse to spend any money on that account as its not my main, and it has nothing, in terms of currencies and materials I have grinded.
Now, when I go to disable cross save, which I am not worried about ever going back to said account, just want my steam account, it will not let me because I spent silver, on my steam account. I just spent tons of money on my steam account but now I can not access it because I recently spent money on it…. It just makes no sense and its frustrating.
Please help!

17 RepliesTo make this more clear: Day 1 - Playing on steam, spend tons of money on my already stacked account, Day 2 - I found out about cross save, want to see an old ps4 account so I enable cross save, dont spend any money, just looking at account and all, awesome sauce, Day 3 - Go to disable crossave to go back to my account to play destiny 2 and enjoy the money I have spent; OOPS, not allowed. Im guessing this is why Bungie does not want to setup a ticket support system for this because it makes no sense.

4 RepliesHow can having a main account and spending money on it, then going to a legacy account to just see stuff, and then wanting to back to my account that I spend money on brick my account. Thats hundreds of dollars out the door that I just spent on cosmetics.

And thats where I am hung up…. I spent money on the account I came from and want to go back to said account, why would I not be allowed back to that account?
