I've contacted customer service twice but have received no replies on this.
I ordered the Witch Queen collector's edition the day the preorder went live.
Since then I logged into the Bungie store website and my preorder is not there.
I have an order I placed 3 days prior to the preorder and I have orders since.
I have the order confirmation email with an order number and I have received email updates about the status of the preorder but I cannot find my order in my account.
Anyone else having this issue?
I just want to make sure I'm going to get the order I placed.
