Jotunn is an ambush weapon at best. Really good if the person you’re shooting at doesn’t know you’re there or isn’t trying to engage with you. Yes it has more range than any other fusion rifle, but unlike the other fusion rifles it isn’t hit scan. It actually fires a projectile you can see and dodge. If you’re getting killed at close ranges by a pre-charging Jotunn, then Jotunn isn’t your problem, because there’s a stack of other fusions that would kill you just well and with less precharge time. Your Warlock with its floaty jump might make for a slightly easier target for a Jotunn user. But your Hunter with stompees should be a nightmare for any Jotunn user.
