Missing DLC on PC that was there on Xbox?
I have been playing Destiny 2 on Xbox One and just downloaded it to my new PC. The issue is that the DLC content that I purchased on Xbox (Legendary or Legacy pack with all the DLC) is not there on PC. This is with the same account and character and logging in through the Xbox App with the same credentials. The game is basically asking me to buy everything again on PC! Please help if you can.

Correct, your Xbox DLC licenses do not apply to your PC as they are different platforms. You purchased a license to access the DLC content through a specific platform (in your case, Xbox). In order to access the DLC content on PC you will need to purchase a license for accessing the content. Bungie does not control these licenses, the platforms do. Note: Bungie does control season passes and, as such, those are applied to the account first signed in on after the pass(es) were purchased. With cross-save properly set up you would be access that seasonal content regardless of platform.

DLC's are platform specific and cannot be transferred to another platform. Xbox and PC versions of Destiny are considered two different platforms.
