Isn't Forsaken supposed to be free?
I was charged $21.19 to buy the Forsaken expansion on January 4th. Wasn't it supposed to be free after December 8th? Why did I have to pay for it? Is there any way to get a refund? Paypal, which I used for the purchase said I had to contact Microsoft and Microsoft declined the refund because it had been more than 14 days since the purchase.

The Forsaken Pack, which includes access to the Forsaken exotics, Last Wish raid and Shattered Throne dungeon, still costs money. Edit: And for refund requests, only the retailer where you purchased it from can assist with that.
