Bungie & Xbox gamer tag not matching
Hi Bungie,
My Xbox gamer tag and Bungie name do not match.
My Bungie account has for some reason taken my old Xbox gamer tag even though it hasn't been in use for months.
This is causing issues for me as my surname was changed for security and protection reasons and Bungie is just flaunting my old name.
Please can someone change this to match my Xbox gamer tag ASAP?
I really don't want to quit the game but I will have to if this cant be sorted :(
Thank you I hope there's an answer to this - I don't know anyone else who has has this issue nor can I find a single thing on Google about it.

5 RepliesYou must have linked the wrong one as only you can do this. All you can do is go to Bungie.net Settings Accounts and linking and remove it and then link the correct one. You must be able to authenticate the account or you cannot unlink.
