From the encounters or chests? I always get armor in the 60's from the encounters, the chests don't even drop artifice gear.

The boss encounter. I just received another 59 artifice armor in the same slot!?

Oh damn, I was gonna say the chests armor is always junky but I've never had luck like that from the encounters though.
