Adding back old seasonal ornaments/raid armor
I believe it's unfair to new and returning players, as well as people who couldn't play at the time to miss out on such good content they could've gotten if they did play. Some players could've gotten these rare armors and ornaments if they were playing as much then as they are now. I feel like there should be a system like the Vidmaster challenges in Halo 3 to obtain these armors/ornaments in the current day. Something based on skill and genuine challenge and proof of mastery to obtain these items.
What're your guys' take? I'd love to hear any thoughts or suggestions.

Edited by Smough: 1/22/2022 1:31:13 PMI highly doubt any old ornament will return, and raid armor would likely only return if an old raid is reintroduced. I wouldn’t be against the idea though. I like seeing people enjoying the armor fashion aspect of the game without worrying about missing good looking sets. I wish others were the same instead of clinging to their artificial trophies as if only they should own them.

yeah i hope so much . because i played in the time where the levi raid was but i havent mate that play with me the raid and that is very sad for me to know i have the chance but no mates . i bungie put the levi raid armor in the shop i would buy it . and i know for the peolpe that played for this armor is not cool but everyone want look cool and that is a fact that every player love to look cool

4 RepliesI'd rather they left old loot alone, makes it more of a trophy to us who have it, like how I wish they left the old trials weapons alone, I could pull them out and people would ask where I got it

I wish bungie bring back trials of the nine ornaments including shader’s but I know that’s not possible,it will pissed some people who work hard to get the set,but I don’t mind if bungie locked in trials of Osiris or even solo GM,

Old raid loot? I say put them in Umbral Engrams with Spoils being the currency to focus them. I know a few players who don’t know what to spend their spoils on once they got their god rolls and exotics from the kiosk.

9 RepliesIsn’t it unfair to those that earned them during the seasons or on raids for them to be given out from other activities? Like they’re a sign that you played a season or did a raid. They’re sort of cheapened by making a different source.

9 RepliesThe legendary pass armors are xur drops now but I do agree there should be a way to get the old ornaments because fomo isn't fun and you're not special just because you have it. Personally think the best way would have to be through eververse though since everyone did pay to get those ornaments

I would love a second chance to get the Season of Dawn season pass ornaments. I have been waiting almost 2 years for those ornaments to come back. I was new to the game at the time and didn't know how the game worked and I wasn't aware what a season pass does till the end of the season and it really sucks. I get really jealous when I see people have those ornaments and I don't. I would be more than happy just to buy them on the Eververse store though or have the option to continue the Season of Dawn season pass I stupidly bought at the last second.

3 RepliesXur should start having more variety of things to actually sell the just basically 3 exotics a quest you can always pick up and random legs and armor sets I think he needs weapon ornaments and raid raid sets for a little higher but not too high to where it’s not obtainable in a way maybe spoils could check for that it would let community know that this stuff existed along with raid shaders too

Past seasonal ornaments should be added to the Eververse store and unless the old raids are brought back then the old raid armor can be left unobtainable.
