Already did and they said they don't have any issues on their side. Everything else works fine. Every other game works fine.

Please note that testing other games to determine if you are having a connectivity issue with one is not a gold standard for troubleshooting network connectivity errors. It can rule out if you are able to get online, but that is about it. Each game has its own connectivity mechanism and paths it takes to need to connect. Games such as Call or Duty or FIFA 2K would not have the same connection method that Destiny 2 would have. The only thing I can advise at this time is to contact them again and ask to see if there’s any way to confirm a routing issue, as you are having connection issues to Destiny 2. They should be able to escalate the case and see if they can look into it further.

Black Ops Cold War is having no issues despite using the same ports as Destiny 2 so clearly theres an Issue with Bungie

But we have been contacting them. There's a huge chunk of people who can't play destiny now.

Why is it only destiny that would make me believe that it’s the destiny servers that are having trouble is it possible you can pass it on to bungie and ask them to check them they have played up for last year please

It means packets are dropped along the way from UK to Bungie's servers near Seattle/Spokane.

Error Code BABOON indicates potential packet loss or disconnections between your home network and the Destiny servers. You can inform your ISP of this and see what they can provide. It is possible that there is a regional routing issue.

It also keeps coming up with trying to connect to destiny servers before it kicks me spoke to virgin and they say everything is ok

It’s kicked me out over 20 times now or put me back in to the tower but will call them but had issues with servers before today over previous months into last year

No issues with virgin in my area and it comes up trying to connect to your servers so I’m guessing that’s the problem plus everything on interweb about it is your servers according to graphics that was shown
