How can I delete my bungie account? Because I am unable to change my display name I want to delete account and recreate under a new display name

Or you could just wait. Bungie is planning on introducing a method for players to change their tags but have not issued a release date. Keep a eye on the weekly TWaB newsletters for any information on this subject.
