This is the second month in a row where I'm unable to locate my Prime Gaming in-game content after redemption. I attempted to re-link my accounts as is recommended on the landing page, but my Bungie profile shows nothing being redeemed from Prime Gaming and I'm obviously seeing nothing in-game.
I understand these are "free" pieces of content, but I love receiving them as a benefit of my Prime subscription every month. Does anyone have a fix or information from Bungie about this? This has been widely reported over the past month or so.

They really don't have customer support for Prime Gaming, it's frustrating having to connect and reconnect accounts and still receive nothing for two months straight. I know this is a tiny problem, but it's annoying nonethelss that so many people experience the same issue and it's still not resolved.
