Because of many reasons.... 1. He's not an OG 2. He's quickly thrown together and his face and general character design is awful. 3. Nobody has a reason to care about him aside from bounty grinding. 4. His story arc is basically your new light first job. After a couple of minimal interactions for quests, then he's quickly forgotten. Nobody forgot about Asher Mir, that dude was nuts. 5. He's on one of the most boring destinations possible. Again, newer guardians might not see it that way. And the bounty grinders are the only reason to go see him. And the dumb blueberry crumbles.
