the taken shader coming from season pass, flawless raid or seasonal seal would be nice
-
Yes! in my opinion it was the best armor.
-
2 RepliesShader would be too difficult and time consuming for not a lot of pay off. Thats why they only did armors sets in d1. And I know bungie is lazy but this really would take a lot of work creating that effect for every piece of armor and weapon in the game

1 ReplyPeople liked that taken look? To me it looked like someone tossed a bunch of Oreos into a blender and hit start.
-
That armour did look cool👍
-
Yeeesss click click click click
-
Been asking for this for years and I don’t understand why it’s not in the game already such a simple ornament they can sell in eververse
-
I would love a taken shader
-
Hated this in Destiny 1 cause I shot teammates thinking they were taken . This back fired 🥲
-
They should make the orginal Vex themed armor ornaments from D1 a hard mode reward in D2.

1 ReplyPersonally I'd much rather prefer the D1Y3 vex and hive ornaments. They, to me, were so damned cool!!!

71 RepliesBefore Destiny, there was Skyrim. It has this concept of giving you armor themes based off your enemies. Then D1 showed up and copied the same concept. So easy. Plagiarism is so common here that creativity feels like the game itself, a mile wide but an inch deep! 😂😂😂 By the way, in D1, you get a taken armor and a taken emote that makes you look like a taken thrall for a complete look. Could be fun for new comers, but it gets old for Destiny veterans. Recycled plagiarisms gets too old quickly when it's just recycled over and over. Especially in videogaming, recycled cosmetics gets too old quickly. 😂😂😂

I’d rather have a shader. The model for the taken armor already returned in the form of Tangled Web.
-
A taken shader would be nice, but at least the Taken Prison of Elders armor would be nice to see again. I’d definitely like the armor at least to be something about as attainable as it was before, so maybe not a seal, or raid flawless. But the emote could be I think

1 ReplyTaken shader would be best
-
Edited by Shipmate: 1/1/2022 11:28:20 AMYou can still do the taken look in d2… it’s expensive though and doesn’t last very long
-
I want to see what they will do with the witch queen raid shader, its in a pyramid, this went over people's head, imagine the armor, the shaders, the weapons, and the adept weapons if we get those
-
Taken shaders would be nifty as opposed to just armor sets. In my opinion, that would lend itself to more creative fashion builds, as opposed to just the 3 sets available in D1.

Put on the dreaming city armor and use a tincture of queens foil
-
1 ReplyMember when you could toggle Trials glows on and off without having to go Flawless every week? I member.

As much as I prefer d1 armor, I think the taken set was one of the weakest. I’d much rather see the original playstation exclusive armor from d1 come back. Manifold seeker was an amazing warlock set.
-
6 RepliesOr have the take Reverie Dawn armor as a separate transmog set.
-
Worst part is that we technically have it in D2 Dreaming city armor with a tincture consumed will give you the taken look for a little while But yea should be a universal ornament
-
6 RepliesTaken shader would be AMAZING. but we do have this sort of already. Wear the Reverie Dawn armor set, or any piece of it. As the effect can apply to individual parts of the armor being worn. After useing part or all the suit as actual armor. Or wearing them as ornaments useing transmog, drink Queensfoil. This gives a taken effect to the armor set. its awesome.
