Small Bore and Eye of the Storm
I’m not redoing Harbinger solo for a new roll, just want to know if it’s above average or not lol

Seems like an alright PvP roll, but there are certainly better rolls.

1 ReplyTldr: yes, its very good, with a good grip (sab + hand one) its perfect The main perk is really a toss-up between opening, eye, rangefinder and surplus depending on how you wish to use it. Note: Even if you're on PC, stability affects far more than just how quickly the weapon resets, it also affects the bloom or inaccuracy of subsequent shots. High stability = consistent. Opening is the weakest option, Hawkmoon is 90+ base AA so with a targeting, is already at 100 so you won't get the AA portion and HC generally have a strong initial accuracy so the accuracy buff would only be noticeable in the air. The range buff is free range but there's better options imo. Eye of the storm is stupidly strong on handcannons, your accuracy will linearly increase as you get lower hp. As above the accuracy buff makes it usable from the air which is its only weakness except it can be x3 as strong as opening but on every shot... Feels like you shoot barrels not bullets. Free headshots + passive perk makes it top 3 hc pvp perks Rangefinder is NOT free range as everyone makes it out to be, it is a zoom increase so will change your accuracy cone to be more effective at longer ranges but less effective at close range. Hawkmoon's base perks already increase range as store stacks. RF is a good perk but if you want pure range just use tl fatebringer? If anyone ever says fullbore + rangefinder they lack the understanding to make an informed decision Surplus is underrated, if your mindful to keep x2 stacks combined with hawkmoons strong base stats its essentially a stack stick 100sab/100hand/100reload, speaks for itself.
