If we imagine equal perk percentages and equal drop percentages for the 5 weapons (I am leaving out the other half as it has a modified drop rate), then the chance of getting that roll in a single drop is 1/180. Not Getting it 179/180 Say we want the probability of not getting it within 400 drops, that amounts to (179/180)^400 which rounds to 10.8%, which is not super unlikely. (God forbid you'd for example also want arrowhead on that) They deliberately made it like that. Since A_Dmg is their only alibi player, how would they know to how much time a single perk combination on a specific weapon amounts on average (and we are not even factoring in MW, mag and barrel in the above calculation)

Hey, Unfortunately that is just RNG, the probability of getting one with those roles is very rare as there is 10 (4 in each column) other possible perks to get not to mention the chance of getting other weapons from the chest. There have been no reports of the drop rate being bugged since launch.
