Collecting the Missing Prime Gaming rewards issues
I'm seeing multiple posts here from many of you who, like me, went to Prime Gaming to collect new rewards for Destiny 2 but have still not seen them arrive, some of us weeks later. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a response from anyone representing Bungie yet (if so, I don't think anyone identified themselves as a representative), so I'm trying to get all of us posting in one place. Perhaps we'll be heard, perhaps not.
Some things I'd like to note before anyone responds:
1. When I contacted Twitch Prime, the first thing they had me do was to link, then un-link, my account there. I've seen several posts claiming that will make me ineligible for the December rewards. If so, I think Bungie and Amazon need to have a chat if the first step in troubleshooting is so counterproductive
2. If you cross-play, please check the other devices you play on, as I've read some are seeing their loot show up there. I only play on one system, so alas this doesn't work for everyone.
3. After I did the Twitch Prime suggestions, the tech there pointed me over here to the Bungie Help forums, where I've already seen several instances of players being told to go back to Amazon with the issue and that they can't do anything. So both sides are, in some cases, pointing the finger at the other vendor. I told the tech that I had a feeling this would be the response, and I'm disappointed to share that I was indeed correct. I'm going back to Twitch Prime support only to inform them of this development, but I will not keep jumping back and forth endlessly.
4. I implore support team members at both companies to not throw this back in the customer's lap but instead take action to FIX the issue. There are enough occurrences to show this isn't a one-off situation. Please do not ignore it.

Well, it's taken a few weeks, but today I logged in and Ms. Holiday had my gifts from Twitch Prime! Hopefully, this means the rest of you will see yours soon as well!

Thank you all for speaking up. I'm sorry to say I don't bring any good news; no word from Bungie on this, and Amazon seems to have decided to wash their hands of it. I'm going to hit up Prime Gaming support again and see if I can learn anything new.

I will add to the voice and say mine has yet to arrive as well. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

I still haven’t gotten mine either and I’ve also gone through relinking several times. I’ve never had an issue with Twitch/Prime Gaming rewards prior to this issue.

2 RepliesSame here. 23 rewards claimed the first week of each month except December 2021. (So it was linked before October 2021) Amazon chat support says the reward is "pending fulfillment" on their side and that I should contact Bungie. The prime gaming page shows the reward as "Claimed". Some specifics, in case it helps: I have cross-play enabled with Xbox, Steam, and PSN linked. I would have claimed for PSN in early December. I just linked Twitch as well, but that didn't seem to help. I do not have Stadia linked. (and those five are the only linking options) I tried the re-link hyperlink they posted in the FAQ under what to do if you linked the wrong account, no change. 3 RepliesPlus one to all of this. Still no luck on my end - showing claimed on prime gaming but not on Bungie's rewards page. I do have cross save enabled and will check on PC - but so far no luck otherwise.

Same problem here. Same attempts to fix. Same result. Shows as claimed, but no rewards show in game.

Wish Amanda would just get herself together and give us our stuff. AND<<< I as look through COLLECTIONS, the issue may be that neither the Ship nor the Sparrow are even in the system?? I can't find either of them in game. ANYONE? ANYONE? Bueller?

+1, Items did not list at Amanda. I suspect it may be due to conflicting collections such as the new emblem.

+1 to everyone else. I tried unlinking and relinking and even checked my PS4 instead of my PS5 and it's still not there. Hoping for a fix for all of us.

Got the same stupid issue here, and I've been able to collect all of my stuff just fine until the December bundle. This isn't even the first time Bungie's goofed this up- Filled out a survey one time, and they sent my rewards to a linked platform account that didn't even exist (sent it to Xbox, I'm PS4 and PC). Unfortunately, all we have to do is either make a report to them, or just cross our fingers and wait.

Same here, i am a new player, i connected with my new Bungie Account, linked Twitch, than Steam. played to the tower and Amanda gave me nothing. unlinked Twitch prima and reconnected it, nothing.
